What is a Casino Night Party?
Casino Night Parties are a great way to create a fun-filled, unique, and memorable experience for you and your guests. Casino table rentals and casino themed parties. Everyone will be able to experience the energy and excitement of your own Vegas Casino night without losing money or anything else of value at a casino theme party. We provide professional casino tables, professional dealers, an on-site Casino Manager, and all the fun you'll need to throw a party your friends will be talking about for a long time.
A Casino Night can be used as entertainment for a private event held by an individual, group, company, or as a fund-raising activity for your organization. The biggest difference between a fundraiser and a private casino party is that those who attend a fund-raising casino party are generally asked to make a monetary contribution in exchange for admission to the event. At a private casino party, those who attend are simply guests of the casino party host.
At any event, your guests will be able to participate in various games that can be found in actual Las Vegas casinos. Each guest is usually given a specific amount of chips or funny money. The chips or funny money can then be exchanged for game chips at any casino table of their choosing. The object is always the same, to have lots of fun and win as much as they can by the end of the casino party.
When the party is over, your guests will exchange their winning game chips for raffle tickets or for more funny money that they can use to win incredible prizes should the casino host decide to make them available. Although, it’s not necessary to have prizes in order for your guests to enjoy their Casino Night party experience, prizes do enhances the excitement and give your participants something to shoot for. -Do my guests need to be 21 years of age?No! Your guests can be any age and still enjoy the excitement and fun of a casino party.
-Do we play for real money?No! No real money is to be used on the tables. At the start of the event, each guest is given a predetermined amount of vouchers or play money to buy at any table and exchanged for chips. The object is simple, have lots of fun while trying to win as much as possible by the end of the event. Once the party is over, your guests will cash in their chips for either raffle tickets or who has the biggest chips stack.Often times the Casino Host will supply prizes to have at the end of the Casino night. If prizes are going to be awarded, they are generally provided by the Casino Party host. If you prefer to have an auction at the end of your Casino Party, our dealers will gladly help your guests count their winnings and pose as auctioneers.
-What if a guest runs out of chips?The Host will be provided with an unlimited amount of vouchers to offer their guests. If a guest runs out of game chips, all they have to do is seek out the Host and request more. The Host is welcome to hand out more vouchers, chips, and funny money as they please. Remember, the main idea behind a Casino Night is that all of your guests have a great time.* Note If you are having a fundraiser for your special cause, then additional vouchers or game chips would be purchased from the Casino's Host in the form of an additional donation. This will vary based upon how the fundraiser has been setup. -How long does a Casino Party last?A typical Casino Party will last about 3 hours. Often times, you’ll notice your guests are having so much fun that you’ll want to keep the party going a little longer. Simply notify the on-site Casino Boss and your party can be extended as long as you would like, at an additional hourly cost.

-How do we decide which games would be best for our party?This is a quick and easy process; please pick what you would like or call and talk to one of our pros. -What if our guests don't know how to play the games?All our dealers are accustomed to dealing with both experienced and inexperienced players and are eager to teach the games to everyone. We will be glad to teach at the tables and explain the fundamentals of each of the games.
-What do my guests do with all of the chips at the end of the party?At the end of the Casino Party, your guests will turn in all of the chips (as they are not souvenirs and cost alot to have) they have won at a designated location. If prizes are available, participants will receive either raffle tickets or be counted for drawing or an auction. In some cases, prizes are simply awarded to the top game chip earners.
-What are some great ideas for prizes?~When choosing prizes consider the following criteria when selecting prizes: It should be something the majority of your guests would want. ~Gift certificates to major stores, Prepaid MasterCard / Visa Debit Cards, & American Express gift checks, can also make great prizes.~Restaurant gift certificates also make great prizes. Please keep in mind that these type of certificates are usually more worthwhile if they come from a more upscale restaurant. ~Nice bottle or Liquor.~If you are trying to watch the budget and still want to give away some great prizes, things like movie passes, lottery tickets or video rentals will also work great.~And of course, we can’t forget the most up to date electronic gadgets. Your guests will love these. ~A casino chip set. -Do we need to tip the dealers?Tipping is well appreciated by all the dealers, but is not mandatory. All of the dealers know to provide excellence service whether they are tipped or not.
